Hello horror friends, welcome to my home, welcome to marathMARATH.COM
This is the place where I talk about my undying admiration for the Horror genre, from literature to movies, and everything in between. I especially enjoy the smart and effective horror from the 2000’s, 2010’s, and 2020’s, but in my lifelong journey as a supporter of this incredibly rich, incredibly versatile genre I have come to appreciate the legacy of the cheesy and nostalgic films from the 1970’s, 1980’s, and 1990’s.
But who am I? The real person behind the keyboard is this: female, proud American, residing in L.A. with my husband, working in corporate, loving and serving my community and family and friends, all while thriving and living my best life #blessed—ew, it sounded so #eldermillenial. One more thing about me, my dark sense of humor is destined to show in my writing from time to time, so please proceed with caution. (Okay, I lied, a few more things about me in case you are particularly nosey.)
In Love and Fear,
—Marath
P.S. To me, music is as important as the air I breathe and the food I eat:
